1. Wholesale vs. Individual Orders

• Individual Orders: If you want to check the quality of our products, you can place single-item orders. The price for each item is as listed in our catalog. We offer free shipping on all individual orders. You can find the delivery times below.

• Wholesale Orders: If you are looking to buy wholesale, please reach out to us so we can discuss pricing, product selection, and shipping terms. The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for wholesale orders is 50 pairs.

2. Shipping Times

• US: 7 – 10 days

• Canada: 10 – 15 days

• UK: 7 – 10 days

• EU (France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Spain): 7 – 10 days

• South America: 10 – 15 days

• South Africa: 7 – 12 days

• Middle East: 10 – 15 days

• South Asia: 7 – 10 days

3. Delivery Information

We ship our products globally via ocean freight. Once the shipment arrives at the port closest to your destination, our freight forwarding agent will handle all customs clearance procedures on your behalf—you will not incur any customs processing fees. After clearing customs, your package is handed over to major courier partners (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) for final delivery right to your door.

4. Secure Payments

We currently accept credit/debit card payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted via Stripe.
