1. Wholesale vs. Individual Orders

2. Shipping Times

  • US: 2 – 5 days(US warehouse)

  • Canada: 5 – 7 days(US warehouse)

  • UK: 7 – 10 days(China warehouse)

  • EU: 7 – 10 days(China warehouse)

  • South America(Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia): 10 – 15 days(China warehouse)

  • South Africa: 7 – 12 days(China warehouse)

  • Southeast Asia(Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand): 7 - 10 days(China warehouse)

  • South Asia(India, Pakistan): 7 – 10 days(China warehouse)

3. Delivery Information

For US/Canada orders, products will be shipped directly from our California warehouse. The order delivery time is stated above.

For all other orders, products will be shipped from the China warehouse. Once the shipment arrives at the port closest to your destination, our freight forwarding agent will handle all customs clearance procedures on your behalf - you will not incur any customs processing fees. After clearing customs, your package is handed over to major courier partners (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) for final delivery right to your door.

4. Secure Payments

We currently accept credit/debit card payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted via Stripe.
